Since April 2023, Pascal has led Wabtec Transit, the passenger mobility equipment & services division with a talent base of 12,000 employees. He joined Wabtec via the GE Transportation acquisition in 2019, previously serving as President of Global Freight Services overseeing 24,000 locomotives worldwide.

With 25 years across Power, Transportation, and Distribution, Pascal focuses on strategic growth, change management, continuous improvement, M&A and integrations. He holds a master’s degree with finance specialization from HEC Paris and completed the Advanced Management Program at Harvard Business School (2022).
